Healing Sessions
I currently only offer session in-person. I offer the option to come to you so you can remain in the comfort of your own home. Otherwise, I practice in my own space at R&R Spa in Duluth, MN. In-person spa session booking can be done at www.rnrspa.com or “house-call” and virtual sessions can be booked through my inquiry sheet below. The choice is yours!
Wildflower Whispers Flower Essence + Sound Healing:
This session is 1 hour and includes an initial discussion on your intention, pulling the corresponding Oracle Card and Flower Essence, a guided meditation, various drums, instruments, and sound bowls. This offering is a lovely option to surrender to relaxation and an opportunity to invite the plant into your world.
