Herbal Wellness
As an herbalist, I have done extensive studies on each plant that I work with. I have also completed many clinical hours under my mentor, Gigi Stafne, MH, MI, ND. When taking herbs, it is so important to seek out practitioners who have taken the deep dive and not just taking something because it’s the latest trend. In Herbalism we say, “do no harm,” meaning less is more and carelessly taking things may lead to more harm than good. My intakes are comprehensive to look at you “whole”- listically so that we can work with the root cause and not just mask symptoms. I hold space for you speak how you are truly feeling and for you to be heard. This branch of my business is not to create returning customers but to support you and provide you with knowledge to empower yourself and your family. I hope to create community and restore humanity with knowledge that is our divine birthright.
Plants were the first medicine and even pharmaceuticals use plants in their products. I believe herbs are just as alive as we are and have their own energetic imprint. Plants work on every level to support us humans and even pets. Each plant helps to restore balance without our bodies- energetically, emotionally, and physically.
Although they are powerful, per current FDA standards, they aren’t intended to cure or replace your current treatment and should be discussed with your doctor. The herbs discussed on our consults are suggestions and it is up to your free will to use them.
An herbal consult can be supportive in any area of life you may be seeking alternative options and are not just limited to the following. These are merely examples of why you make seek a consult with me:
