Emerald Heart Collective is a soul-led business. Meaning, as I lean into each season of life and my own internal cycles, I open and allow myself to listen to what my heart wants to bring forth. This Collective is always evolving, as am I. As an herbalist, birth-worker, and artist, this is also a way I express my creativity and work closely with the medicine of Mother Earth.

Rooted in integrity and filled with love, it is such a privilege to share my medicine with you while also honoring yours. After all, we are simply mirrors of one another. I intend for collective inspiration, nourishment, remembering, and healing, not just another transactional, meaningless interaction. I am here with you. Breathing, Existing, Witnessing, and Learning.

The Cyclical Womban is an invitation for women to journey back home to the sacred rhythm of their own bodies. Rooted in cycle awareness and the organic template of nature, it reveals the wisdom of the inner seasons- Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn. Within its pages, you are guided to honor the dance of your hormones and changing body and skin, to nourish yourself with foods that sustain each phase, and to move in ways that align with your shifting energy. Tools and practices, such as a meditation to connect you to the web of women, information on Yoni steaming, reading your discharge and menstrual blood, journal prompts, and a cycle syncing chart, are included in this beautiful guide. The Cyclical Womban is the guide every woman deserves to have, and is discussed in a way that has the power to change your life.

With training in Clinical Herbalism and Complimentary Alternative Medicine and a passion for Women's Health, I offer herbal consultations to support you and your body. Together we explore options to meet your standards of optimal well-being in a holistic way. 

Following consultations, I also offer custom formulations from my apothecary for an additional cost. These can range from tinctures, flower essences, topicals, tea blends, & more.

Flower Essences have so much to teach us. All we have to do is surrender and listen.  In my signature Wildflower Whispers Healing Ceremony, we create the space for you to connect with the Plant Spirits and receive their energetic healing. ​

I love to make art with whatever I can gather or am gifted. My style is nature based with materials such as dried flowers, bones, crystals, and animal hides.
