90 Min. Venik Treatment~ $150

I offer a traditional Russian Venik Banya Treatment, a restorative steam ritual rooted in Eastern European bathhouse culture. This experience takes place in a heated steam environment (bayna/sauna) using a venik—an aromatic bundle of leafy branches, oak, birch, balsam fir, eucalyptus, and/or cedar—gently worked across the body to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow, and encourage deep relaxation. I also offer the option to use Cocoa Tea and Essential Oils for the sauna rocks for an added layer of aromatherapy.

The warmth of the banya opens the pores and softens the muscles, while the natural oils released from the venik create an earthy, grounding aromatherapy experience. Depending on your comfort level, the treatment may be light and soothing or more invigorating and rhythmic. Each session is designed to support detoxification through sweating, energize and clear the body, mind and spirit, and promote overall vitality.

This ritual includes intentional pacing, rest periods, and hydration to ensure a safe and balanced experience. The result is a deeply cleansing, rejuvenating treatment that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

Each session is 90 minutes- you will have time prior and following the Venik massage (30 minutes) to simply relax in the sauna and cold plunge. These sessions are held in my private sauna in Duluth, MN and COMING SOON to Carlton, MN.
