Flower Essence & Sound Bath Ceremonies
Flower Essences are an extraction of the plant’s spirit through water and sunlight. These Essence Tinctures work with us on an energetic level and have a wide range of healing support. They are pure, beautiful, healing allies. They work to support any energetic imbalances and have been used for thousands of years.
I have crafted my own Oracle Card Deck, Wildflower Whispers, that I use in my sessions. This deck helps select the Flower Essence that supports the client’s intention. Additionally I work with the Flower Essence Society's Flower Repertory and set of Essences.
I also love to incorporate Sound Healing with various instruments to get my clients into a deeper state of relaxation and healing on a cellular level. A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body.
The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including a rawhide drum, crystal singing bowls, rain stick, steel-tongue drum, and voice.
The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
When combining with Flower Essences with the Sound Bath, you're able to access a deep state of relaxation and surrender. This creates space for the Flower Essences to come in and Flow with your energetic body supporting your initial intention.

Wildflower Whispers Flower Essences + Sound Healing Ceremonies
- This session includes a combination of my Wildflower Whisper Oracle Deck and Flower Essence Tinctures, and sacred instruments. This experience is hands off and designed for deep relaxation and a chance for the selected plant’s energetic support.

Inspired by my Grams, Wildflower Whispers was merely one of my “little” summer projects after her passing. When I sat with it further and had the opportunity for support through this process through my Master Herbalism program, I decided this was something incredibly special and deserved my attention and intention. The first picture is my original set with my own art and pictures. This later developed into a digital copy which are the previews below.
Flower Essences have been used since ancient times but are more famously known to be associated with Dr. Bach from the 1930’s. He was studied homeopathy; He created the 38 original Essences based on the theory that water holds memory, proved by Dr. Masaru Emoto, therefore the Flower’s Essence could be captured. Each flower has its own unique frequency. The Essences can help us to improve our emotional and mental state, thus balancing the body and the mind.
I experienced this first hand in the summer of 22’ and Herb Camp. I will never forget the experience I had using Hellebore Flower Essence, which ultimately guided me to bring this vision to life and into my practice. After that, I went home so inspired to make my own Flower Essences to match my “flashcards” and continue to follow the magic with them.
Since then, I have been using this project in combination with my 1:1 and Group Reiki and Sound Healing sessions to curate very unique experience. These sessions are available through the link below. I also do pop-up ceremonies at local studios, so watch for those!
